When I'm fishing it's iced tea or water, but in camp I like bourbon.

Theres usually some combination of Budweiser and Jameson. The quantities vary, depending on the nature of the trip and who I'm with.

Briansnat:
While fishing, usually a nice IPA.  In camp, it's often one of the newer canned micro brews such as Dales Pale Ale or 21st Amendment IPA.  I'll usually have a flask of Bushmills, Powers or Jameson and if the wife is along, I may have a bottle or two of red wine along  for dinner.
