Finally got the meat pole emptied yesterday. This morning the wife and I did up 78 pounds of burger, 11 pounds of cube steak, and I made 60-1/3rd pound burgers. I love the patty maker. Also did up 5. 1-2 pound roasts to cure into ham later.

Freezer is getting crowded.

Heading out with the smoke pole this afternoon to the to fill a couple more tags. Still have 4.

Three racks..

Looks great. I wouldn't mind a few right now to sample while I'm sitting here with the muzzleloader in the rain.

It was worth sitting in the lousy weather yesterday. I dropped a big doe with the smoke pole. When the wife and I finished cutting up the last bunch of deer yesterday, I realized I didn't set any meat aside for the smoker projects. This one came at a good time. Hopefully, maybe another tonight or tomorrow.
