Tog of war

It is no lie when I say that we were playing  tug of war with togzillas every single cast. This went on for 2 hours with well over 100 fish boated. It would have been even more but the 34 degree temps kept numbing some fingers. It was a great way to put my friends from Al's goldfish onto fish especially since they drove down from ME that morning. They went home with 25lbs of fillets and couldnt have  been happier.

Great haul. We boated a few too once  the ocean settled down after last weeks Bomb Cyclone.

It's a great season for sure.  But, just like that it's time to wrap the boat up and shift gears for the woods. Birds, deer then ice. My oh my does time fly when you have kids. Deer season just crept up on me this year and it has never done that. Good luck to anyone fishing this weekend.
