Sorry this is not cooking but Mac this is it 2022 ram 3500 6.4 hemi I had everything put in it including more 110 inverter outlets to charge my batteries for all my fuel equipment, it's the last work truck I'm buying and I went all out! Like many on here that have busted there asses working ( my hat off to all of you) I decided to get this cause I've drove hours out of town and state to work in beat up trucks but made due and my wife said I deserve it! ( Still way to much touch screen stuff and electronics) I'll have to get used to ...but I'll be comfortable riding cranking music to and fro work ! Still gotta equip it ( boxes and other stuff)  ps my next post will be cooking!!!

I been trying to provide dinner for the guys in the shop this past week... we already are slammed with processing business...
Tonight I grilled up 8lbs of good breast marinated.. half in italian and half in garlic parmesan... then some wild turkey breast.. plus mac and potato salad...
Sorry no pics... not sure what we are doing tomorrow night

 Yeah it’s been a year and a half and I’m still getting used to the touch screen and everything else.
 Still haven’t tried to set up the trailer backup assist and try to use it on my Ford..

Sounds good bob! I got ribs in smoker for dinner and just ate for lunch some of the venison I canned taco style topped with cheese and jalapenos really good!

Mine are a bit different. But, I’ve been making them for a very long time.  The clam shells are antiques …I think. From a clam bake I can’t even remember.

The casino you get in restaurants are full of bread crumbs. A cheap way to stretch a recipe.  Mine have only mixed bell peppers, onion, chopped clams, real bacon bits, mozzarella and Parmesan.

I have chicken drums in a tomatillo and garlic sauce with broccoli, mushrooms, carrots and peas in a Dutch oven in the oven.

We will serve it over some rice.

It’s smelling pretty nice in here.
