I don't know what the conditions are but i am heading up the same time, will be passing you on the way to Cauchmogomic lake. If you see a red grand Cherokee give me a wave. If you feel the need to get out for a night head up our way and enjoy some spirits, food, and good company. we will be at the camp sites that are listed in Delorme atlas on the north end. Hope the weather gives us a break. I hear that fishing right at the outlet of the dam at the power station is the best. Lazy lunkers like to hold tight and eat up the chum that comes through the turbines. Be carefull as the water really flows. Good luck to you.

had some buddies go up there two weekends ago.  they caught a bunch of fish, the biggest fish was a salmon approx 5 lbs, 23 inches.  They caught a brookie that was 4 lbs, 20 inches.  I dont have any pics
