Wondering if anyone has been fishing this lake this year and wondering how the bite is and if the salmon are still up top or starting to move deeper
Also anyone have any luck crappie fishing this year up there heading up there Monday in the kayak and hopefully catch some dinner
Thank and right lines

Unless somethings changed in the last few years, I don't think you'll find any salmon in Great East.

Caught a few salmon through the ice this year , but they were only stocked once a couple years ago as a special thing. They are not stocked annually. You might catch one, but your best bet will be for the lakers and crappies. Good luck

I've hit GE a few times and have only caught lake trout and small mouth. No rainbows or salmon... yet. It seems like NH is the only one supposedly stocking border waters.
