Couldnt keep 2 rods in the water while trolling on a well known cape kettle pond this weekend. Ended up with around 3 dozen rainbows and one 19in brown. Caught the brown on a hand tied fly that ron arra gave me at the boat launch. Really great guy and his fly caught me the biggest of the day. All caught with around 80-100ft of leadcore.
Here's the brown next to a rainbow that completed the double header.

Nice work. This cooler weather def created a great trout bite this weekend. I only got out for an hour or two saturday and got 3 nice rainbows in short order. I spoke to others that had banner days on other rivers as well.
