I bet that's a high priced lake to live on! The property taxes are probably a killer too!

What kind of budget are you looking at? Distance from N.E. PA?

Dream or actually looking?

Lake Champlain.

I do love lake george but only in the off season.  Not fun sitting at MDB launch for 45 mins while some richard cranium is doing his annual boat removal, swimming around the back of his boat endlessly because he put the trailer too deep.  No thanks to living on that lake.

This little lake in Massachusetts but would never want to ruin it by building something on it. You can see down 25 feet to the bottom and although it's only 26 acres it's almost 70 feet deep and averages 40 feet deep.  Holds trout year around but also has some large bluegills, yellow perch, and largemouth bass.
