Going to need a full rundown on this can Turkey. What kind of can do I need? I’ve heard galvanized will kill you but seen people use them. Someone said you have to burn them out first...

I put my griddle to work and made breakfast for the neighborhood this morning. French Toast from my home made bread, sausage, venison sausage and hash browns.

Really nice to get together with neighbors for a change.

Ate so much for breakfast had a salad for supper.

I chopped up a pork butt and mixed it with spices and smoked it to make burnt ends.  Anyway, I had a PKG left over from last summer in the freezer and we killed them tonight.
Awesome!!!!

Pulled the can off and it was way done..
2 1/2 hours but 2 hours would have been perfect.. Sure tasted good.....
