Snitch#8:
Friend and I fished a lake in the Rose City area this week. In order to beat the heat we were on the water at 5.30 and fished until noon.  Luckily it was cloudy and kept the heat down.  The water is getting warm and the fish were found in 12 fow in the weeds.  The fish were suspended from 4-6 ft and would hit the top of the water on occassion.  We ended up with a mixed bag of some very nice fish.  Biggest gill was 10.25 in., Sunfish 9.5 and crappie 12.25.  We had a total of 19 with 4 being crappie. Hopefully the dropping temps this coming week will keep the jumping.  As Always, Take Care and Stay Safe!
