This may help:

http://www.erie.gov/hotspot/erie_niagara_map.phtml (http://www.erie.gov/hotspot/erie_niagara_map.phtml)

The map is a little small, but you should be able to make it out. Tip: the little red dots are clickable. When you click on them another window opens up with the details of the spot.

There is a nice pond in Clarence, NY about 10-15 minutes from the Depew exit.  There is a NYS DEC parking area on Wherle Drive just past Shisler Rd.  The pond is stocked with sun fish and largemouth bass.  Follow the path to the pond or I think you can park off the road on Shisler Rd. as well.

Tillman Road. 230 acres, upland, wetland, hiking trails, nature trails, parking lot, viewing tower, birdwatching, cross-country skiing, fishing and trapping. This area is located in the Town of Clarence, 8 miles east of the City of Buffalo and 2 miles southwest of the Village of Clarence. It encompasses an area that borders Shisler Road and Tillman Road.
