Good source for boat trailer parts?

Anyone know where I can get a new "arm" that supports the boat winch and has the bow stop on it? The set-up on the trailer of the boat I just bought only has a "v" bow stop made of metal with a piece of rubber hose on ot. Not exactly good for keeping things from receiving deep scratches and gouges.
