Talked to a couple of anglers pre-fishing the Lake of the Prairies walleye tournament this coming weekend. They got out for a few hours yesterday afternoon and they boated one overslot eye!!!....lots of fish around, but nothing too interested in becoming tablefare.
with all the entries this coming weekend, I have no intention of competing for fishing space alongside these guys trying to boat entries....add the weekenders to the mix, and this lake is going to be one crazy place...hope to hit a few spots for an early entry in our very own MFF tourney...Grump
