Good Idea Trapper!
The fun thing about Woolly Buggers is that you can tie them in endless variations. I never leave for the stream without them.

I worked the picture from Wiredstone (apt name by the way ;D) so you could see it a bit better.

Nice pattern. Simple and efficient.

Looks like Thin Skin Trap.

I really like the concept of tying in reverse. I believe that most fish attack their prey from the head. I very often hook minnows and crabs by the  tail for better results.

Wiredstone. Looks like you use a Danvise?

Here's my "Brown Stone"
#12 White River curved nymph hook
Tungsten bead sized to hook
.030 round lead
140 denier Ultra Thread, tan
Rust goose biots
rust  super fine dubbing (body)
Dark Grey life cycle dubbing (thorax and collar)
Pheasant Wing feather (legs
Black Swiss Straw (case)
Crystal Flash (flashback)
Fine gold wire (rib)

Wrap lead, push to back of bead and tie in wrapping a tapered section at the back of the lead

Dub a small ball at the bend of the hook, tie in biots, tie in gold wire for rib, dub body forward to about 2/3

Tie in several strands of crystal flash and black swiss straw

Prep a feather as shown and tie in from the tip shiny side down (I'm using pheasant...Thanks KP ;D)

Dub a loose thorax

pull the feather then swiss straw then crystal flash forward and tie in

Dub a small collar to cover the wraps, whip finish.

Bob's Brown Stone ;D
