old f--ts with flyrods

I'm recovering from a 2 day job in Jamestown. Got back last night around 12:30 after a 13 hour day and 3 1/2 hrs of driving. I'm kinda wrung out today.

I'm getting too old for that crap.

So..I'm making some soup, fixing the transducer mount on by boat that I destroyed last week on a dead head in the canal......and playing with stone flies and fabric paint. Trap, I found neon fabric paint pens at Wally World. Nice fine control.

Funny, I don't even feel out of place perusing the craft aisles any more.

sorry but i HAVE to put in my comment about KP,S buddy. Gamma reminds of a snake head at times. do not ask me why but i think it has to do with the lack of fishing

Made me use the rotary. I usually just go back to the stationary habits. But it was good practice.  Thanks for the idea.

Here I go again RG........I could google it, but I prefer your explanations. What is a rotary, in fly tieing terms, I haven't run across that one yet!
