Hey,,,we could give them a good case of "Old Fart Overload" RG
Sure...you have room for Trapper...but...."What About Bob?"RG
Dad and I headed south this morning with the flyrods. We skipped around and covered some ground and ran into about 15 trout. Brookies, browns, and rainbows...The silver haired one got his best brookie ever. Obvously a stocked "breeder" from when they stocked back in the begining of march. She jumped all over a minnow Tank was working with the flyrod. We hit 3 diff creeks and only saw one other person wetting a line...18 inches!
You, my friend, shouldn't have to ask!!!! Trapper and RG on the same water with KP and KP Jr............. --KP
heading down to Pepacton cabins (Downsville,NY) to fish the east branch of the Delaware, the Willo and the beaverkill from Monday until next Sunday. Hope there is enough water. With all this rain in Rochester, lets hope it doesn't completely foul-up the streams down there. At least down there I have a variety of places to get wet!May get over to the Neversink as well but if all else fails there is always the reservoir's from shore. Chest waders and rain rear are all working well but may need scuba gear the way it looks. There is always the old standby, playing gin rummy and drinking booze. Should be fun. Wish me luck!
