hey  bob  can you  grab that  boom   ...KP  and  I  could  get  our  bobbers  back  plus  use  it  for a  deer  stand

they will go quick, but not as quick as the days after retirement. Can't believe where the times goes since I retired. That was 2 years ago.

I have the feeling I'm not gonna make it that far. End of July is looking better every minute.

While traveling the Southern tier towards Corning today and couldn't keep my eyes on the road for all the fine looking streams and rivers I crossed. I've fished the area all my life, but in fits and starts. A days in a row camping and fishing will feed my soul. I can hardly wait.

I  swear  I  was  a  young man  yesterday  ,woke  up  gray  and  sore  .....but  ya  know  I  sure  wouldn't trade  any of  it  the  good  nor the  bad  .....I have  a  great family i'm  proud  of  and  grand  kids that  make  me  feel  young, wonderful  friends and  fellow  sportsman ,  I've  killed  some  honest  trophy  deer   with  bow  gun  and  black  powder  ,  hell  before  there  were  special  seasons  even ....more  fish then I can  count .....  I  got  to see  the salmon  fishery  come  and  even  helped  in the  first  few  years  of  stocking  ...I seen the  coyotes  come!   the  turkeys   and  my  favorite  the  bald  eagle  (old  farts  ,who  would  have  imagined  in  NY  we  would   be  fishing  and  see  a  bald  eagle)  I  seen  the  bears  expand  along  with the  fisher  .....  and  I  pounded   some  fish in my  time  ....... I must  be  Gods  favorite ,because  he   sure  gave  me  my  wildest dreams........ya  got  to love  it  ;D
