Tongue River Reservoir

I have finally made it to the lake this summer and fishing was slow for everyone I talked to. There were some fish caught but no lines at the fish cleaning station. I can't believe there have been no posts for TR in 2 years.

Bite is picking up at the Res. Went out on friday while it was still calm and caught my PB smallmouth. Didnt have a scale on my kayak but had to be around 4lbs. caught it trolling the shoreline as close as I could get with a blue/silver rattle shad.
