Pizza tonight. Made dough with garlic and basil. Carmalized some onions and added mushrooms.




Gonna be a white pizza with garlic, onions, mushrooms, spinach, sliced tomato and feta cheese.

I’m really hungry just thinking about it.

Is it dinner time yet?

Nice, way to put that garlic to good use. Sounds like a delicious combo. 

I was in Manhattan yesterday and stopped at a pizza joint and had some tomato pie pizza. Still thinking about it, that good.

Looks really good Bob.

I did a T-bone on the Webber and we split it between us tonight.
Pickled beets and some turkey, celery and pasta salad for sides.

Thanks Dom, I've actually had the famous Utica Pie, excellent. One of my colleagues at work drives to Utica now and then to visit his mom. He always brought back two whole pies for the office the next day, free of charge.  I'd walk into my office in the am and there would be 2 slices for breakfast. I'll have to drive to Utica now as I'm not working anymore, worth the trip.

yup - I'm fasting for a few weeks right now.
But I have a nice one I tried 2 weeks ago that is very nice.




Lots of tequila is aged in old bourbon barrels.
Hence the "single barrel reserve" designation.
Gives it a smoky deeper flavor with a darker color too.
