Did ribs on the Weber yesterday. Going to my Daughter’s for a family cook out today. Neighbor and I are smoking a corned beef flat tomorrow.

Eating pretty good this holiday weekend.

Indy 500 today…….for all you heathens out there with fuzz in your heads.

Just finished braising the country ribs on the Webber and they now reside in the slow cooker with some Sweet Baby Ray’s and apple juice.

I made the pasta salad late last night to give it lots of time to marinate in the fridge.

Happy Memorial Day holiday everyone.

Take a moment to say thanks to all those before us for whom we celebrate this weekend!!!

No cooking tonight
Took Donna out for dinner
It’s our 44th.
Our favorite “higher end” place.
I had sea scallops and Donna had a sea food bouillabaisse.

We had fun and food, as always, was super.
