Something is only worth what someone is willing to pay for it ! Heck there are people that will spend a pile of money on a card or picture just because someone put there name on it lol

Last year I'm sure I could have gotten more for it than I did.
It was "acceptable", but not what I wanted.

We got a few low ball offers that I quickly rejected.
This recent offer was credible, and we are very close to moving south.
Even though my buddy could have handled the sale with me down in florida, we both felt it best to take the "bird in hand".
The money is in my bank account, so now I move on.

Next I need to sell the motorhome, to make room for the boat I will buy in Florida.

Baby steps.   8)
