Im sure everyone remembers Rats fishing pictures, stories and home made spinners.. Rat passed away this past fall... He will be missed... :'( :'(
Henry, Robert C. III GREENVILLE Robert C. Henry III passed peacefully surrounded by his loving family on October 17, 2018, after a brief illness. Robert was a preeminent commercial and personal lines adjuster in the capital region for over 40 years, based in the Albany and surrounding areas and was the owner of Property Damage Appraisers of Albany. Robert was predeceased by his siblings, Richard J. Henry, Donald A. Henry, Leah R. Stocklas-Bendick and John Shea. He is survived by his devoted wife of 60 years Regina Henry; his son Robert (Angie) C. Henry IV; his daughter Renee (Evan) Torrey; his granddaughter Nicole Torrey; and his brothers, Peter W. and Herbert Henry. Robert was an avid outdoorsman who loved hunting and fishing and made fishing trips to Alaska, the Salmon River, Vermont as well as deep sea fishing with friends. The family would like to thank all the wonderful people at Albany Medical Center and Greene County Hospice as they made his final journey peaceful and comfortable. Calling hours will be held at New Comer Cremations & Funerals, 343 New Karner Road, Colonie on Saturday, October 20, from 12-2 p.m. with a service to immediately follow.

That's a shame. He certainly loved to fish and was always willing to share the wealth of fishing knowledge he'd gained over his years. Oh, for a copy of his notes!

one thing that i got out of rat was his love of spinners
i hadnt used a spinner in 20 years till i started reading his posts
i went in my barn few years back and found my old box full of mepps,cp swings,panther marten and a variety of ones i had made years ago and started tossing them again , and they worked just how i remembered espesially for stream pike and smallies!!
