That's a nice lookin pile of gills you've got there. They are a blast on ultralite gear and it's hard to beat them on a plate. Keep up the good work and good luck fishin.

What a beautiful day to be out on the water.  It took a few hours of searching but I finally found them.

And here is the biggest.

Got out today on another real windy day.  Was lucky to find a spot that I could fish out of the wind and there was some gills down there.

This is a minnow my uncle caught on a 2 inch grub.  I don't know what kind it is but it almost looks like a smelt.

Crappies we caught today.

Haven't been posting lately.  All kinds of computer problems.  Here is a picture of the 45 gills and 4 crappies we caught yesterday.  Caught them on crickets and butterworms in 25 - 30 FOW. Was to tired to lay them out so just took picture in cooler.

Nice pile of fish......Inidana or Michigan waters??  Were they suspended or on the bottom?

I have been out several times too on a N. Indiana lake.  Got 33, 23, 13, 43 and 33 gills in those trips fishing 12 -18 foot down over 23 FOW.
