PERCH

Heard that Cal park was giving up a few today. Think I will have to break the ice and try Sunday. FISH-ON....

Thanks for the report. Seems like I am always a day late. Hoping the south winds bring them back.

Fished New Buffalo friday.  All the usual spots and got only two fish.  Marked thousands.  They just would not bite.  Wind from northwest.  --  Fished Portage today (saturday). 2 fish,  again we marked many but they had their mouths clamped shut.  There were some caught at the mouth of the ditch but when we went back there they quit.  We marked more at New Buffalo than at Portage.

Yep that is what I have been hearing. Only small perch around the ditch. 10 is a whale. I might go to the Park if there isn't any openhouses. Otherwise I may have to wait till Tuesday. Might be better by then anyway.

last weekend produces big perch out there. had to move around but was worth it. fish r piled up in the park this week n a half of 86 degrees n more should just do the trick. stay away from minnows n keep ur rig above the weeds AL n im sure ull be fine. saturday im tied up but sunday im open if u need a character to join you.
