Yeah, hurshtown is just north of Leo, IN. Which is in northeast Allen county. It's a great little res. solid populations of smallies, walleye, apparently crappie and is chock full of carp.

Spider rigging is great fun until you get a large fish on that circles all of the lines a time or two.
That happened to me and my brother with a large cat and another time with a striper.  What a mess we had.  This was on Percy Priest res. in TN.   Still fun though.

Hurshtown Reservoir is 10 miles northeast of Fort Wayne.  You can see it as a clear rectangular body of water on the Google map.

EPIC day at Hurshtown. Two Double limits of eyes and crapps. Caught spider rigging and vertical jigging. Kept a couple smallies to taste. Tons of them in there. Easily had over 50 of those ranging from 12 to 15 inches. Tubes minnows and wigglers were the top three flavors today.
