Title: vertical jigging for landlocks

Ive been trolling for Landlocked Salmon when I can, havent had mush success with it yet. However I have got some good lakers and rainbows trolling. I want to try doing some vertical drift, or just slow speed, jigging, mainly for salmon. Anybody use this technique with success? also wouldn't mind tips for catching rainbows and lakers with the same technique.

Also this is for summer time fishing when they are down deep
