Just a quick report for LDB
We went out Monday afternoon, since it warmed up nice, for some pike and walleye and managed to get a few. The pike still aren't too aggresive but the fishing is starting to pick up. I have been finding that the bite is half decent once the water warms up by midday. We manage one 41 3/4 in pike and a few nice mid thirty inch fish.
The walleye fishing has been decent as well with the odd perch mixed in at a few of our traditional spots. My daughter managed her first MA perch on monday as well. We were having the best luck with jigs tipped with crawlers.
In all a decent day with 30-35 fish landed give or take a few.
