trout fishing this weekend

i caught three trout this weekend one brookie two rainbows. only fished for a few hours. all fish caught on the muscenetcong. went to the pequest also, the pequest was very dirty. although at the muscenetcong some guy said he caught a 26 inch walleye which i can belive cause we saw a guy catch one outta there last year. so how did everyone else do?

I got five last Satruday in a non-disclosed location  .  Four within a half an hour from one hole and then struggled to get another one for next few hours.  It was hot and sunny and they were pretty skittish.  Small 1/64 oz jigs tipped with Berkley Micro Power Bait motor oil curly tail worked best just drifted along tapping bottom.  I was suprised they liked it.                             J.

I only got 2 rainbows this weekend, but hopefully today will b better after they stock.

fished wawayanda on tuesday caught 10 brown's on small spinners all c& r
on friday hit monksville caught 7 brown's 1 pickerel all c& r.

Round Valley was very good to us today, Pop nailed two keeper rainbows and I landed a 18" brownie. A little windy but non the less a good day out. No Lakers! Nobody was fishing deep waters yet, all our fish were caught in 20' of water or less.
Marked tons of fish by the pines in 25'-30' but couldn't get'em to bite.
