How much you willing to spend? Lol! .....Been running the Minn Kota Terrova with ipilot for last three seasons. Won't fish without!

What kind of fish finder do you have? You can network the minnkota to a hummingbird and the new xi5 motorguide to a lowrance. 12, 24, or 36 volt would be another concern. When your looking check out anchor express, they seem to have some fairly good prices and are good about getting the stuff to you quickly.

Mine total around $2000 with the troller(80lb Terrova ipilot) and batteries and few miscellaneous item like 50amp breaker n cables. Definitely worth the money. Just get a good battery to start with!  Lol!

I think an on-board charger is almost as important as the good battery too.
