My son's home from Colorado for a wedding this weekend and today is my wife's birthday so we did strip steaks and shrimp on the Blackstone.  It was fantastic

No pic tonight... me and the youngest boy had fish..  his was baked mine was fried...
He was able to decipher the difference between lake erie perch and lake erie walleye....

Tri-tip roast recipe anyone? I've got a 3 pound roast in freezer. Oven or gas grill recipe would be greatly appreciated! Take care.

Check Weber’s site. They’ve got some good recipes for Tri Tips.

Most times I would make a marinade if I was going to grill. Here’s what I use

Worcestershire sauce
Soy sauce
Dijon mustard
Garlic powder
Onion powder
Paprika
Mustard seed
Black pepper

I use freezer bags. Add the sauces and mustard to each side while in bag, shake the seasoning on both sides. Chill for 4 hours, bring back to room temp before grilling.

As for measurements, I apologize I haven’t measured out seasoning a a decade or two

Put them into some Zatarans.
I added a can of mushrooms, diced onion, some garlic, and a small can of chipotle peppers chopped.
