Good Morning
« on: Oct 22, 2023, 03:50 PM »
My buddy Bob and I fished from 10 AM to 1 PM today.

Reasoning the streams would be swollen from all of the rain we had the past two days, we targeted Fish Pond (Windsor Lake) in North Adams instead.

It was overcast and 47 degrees.

Despite the blah weather, the fish cooperated nicely.

We each caught five or six rainbows (most about 13" to 14", although Bob landed a 16" one), as well as a similar number of perch (most about 12", although I caught one close to 14") - - plus I caught a couple good-sized sunfish and a pair of rock bass.

Nice work Jim.  Sounds like there should be plenty of trout come ice fishing.
