A few for the freezer

I decided to take the weekend off from golfing and get a few crappies for the freezer. I took a buddy friday evening and we got a lot of smaller fish so I didn't take any pic's. Saturday evening I took another friend to a different lake in search of some bigger fish. Trying to troll with 1/32 and 1/16 ounce jig's isn't the most fun thing to do when the wind is blowing 15mph but we managed to boat plenty of fish. Between the two of us we kept 26 fish from 11" to 13" and probably put another40 fish back. I didn't get any action shots but here are a couple at home this morning.


You sure can get a chunk of meet from a big crappie

Way to go ....nice catches. Im hoping to get out all day monday. I will have to make sure I pray extra hard this sunday for good weather and a great deal of bites.
