I don't know how many of you are NASCAR fans, but if you are then you probably know the whole situation with Jr. and how Teresa isn't willing to give him the number without getting a cut of money. This is just another sign that NASCAR is become commericialized to the point that fans no longer have control of what we want from this sport.
It has transformed from a bunch of good ol' boys who ran shine during the week just to race on the weekends to the Winston cup and now to Nextel/Sprint championship. Sponsers can't even put their logo on the hood of its car because the series is sponered by another oil company!!??.....see Kevin Harvick. Certain drivers get unfair treatment because of who they are and what they say...see Tony Stewart and Robby Gordon. And one car teams no longer stand a chance. How long is it going to be before NASCAR is transformed into INDY. When was the last time you watched an INDY race....what are there....12 cars owned by 4 teams? How exciting.
You can make whatever choices you want as a fan, but I'm willing to never watch another nascar race if Jr. doesn't get to keep the 8 with no strings attached.
