any "public" fishing water should be included in records.....period

I think any records from "private" waters, like farm ponds and such should absolutely not count. These should be listed but with an asterik (*) - it wasn't a fair chase because anyone with a valid license does not have the same opportunity on those waters.

all waters in NY should count youll never beat the great lakes for salmon and trout but for everything else theres always a chance and I would venture to say that between lake 0 the finger Lakes and some of the bigger adk lakes (scanandaga, george, etc)  that any record could be broken on public water so there is no reason to exclude privite ponds.
