i'm gonna give the nicotine gum a try splash. i can kick most cravings, but at night i go nuts!! so i'll give it a try. during the day i use seeds and sugar free gum, that works pretty good, but at night nothing works, so i have to try something else, other than eating myself into 300 pounds!!
