After noticing the average weight of his patrollmen go up by 10-15lbs, and several foot pursuits lost, Cheif O'Reily came up with nice way to tell his men to get back in shape...

Citing the recent report of the Department being over-budget,  the commishoner asked what could be done to reduce spending.  An anomonous source was heard saying the black market was paying top dollar for lug nuts.

Re:  The earlier article in regards to saving departmental dollars.  The department had to shoot the animals and send them to the glue factory,  they were eating any gains we may have been making.

those 3 policement look an awfully lot like cars, must be all the metal donuts they are eating, but they got cheated and there was no gasoline filling, so they are not moving....
