Itchin' to get out and dip. Boat is still snowed in and I'm thinking I may have dipped some bait before the boat is ready this year. Who has been trolling sebago yet? Whats your theory as to when the smelts start running to the shallows? Is it the peepers? Daylight length ? Moon Phase (new moon next weekend)? Or just heading to your dipping spot and checking every now and then?
