Title: Yikes look at this landlocked salmon

Was looking up landlocked salmon records and lengths and came across this one. Old record but wow what a fish for an inland lake!

26 lbs. 12 oz. and 36 inches long

Nice fish, but years ago when they stocked trout here in MA, they would also stock broodstock salmon. Some of the fish they stocked were in the 20lb. range. I saw one that was caught and they can be quite awesome to see!
