Cornell says that the walleye and perch numbers are slowly rising. So the future is looking bright.

The perch numbers rising will be short lived after I put the boat in tomorrow. :)

Dug,  RE WILDWOOD:  I just started shooting there a few weeks ago.  You’re right, it is a nice place, very friendly and helpful people.

I plan to go to the Flea Market as well, in a buying mode.  Maybe I’ll see you there, but how would I know?

O, I'll be the fat guy with gray hair and a ponytail selling fishing lures, turkey calls etc. and wearing a black hoodie with NY Prospectors on it...See ya there.

That is bad news BiteMe, so sad. Sorry to hear that, my condolences to the family too...

my prayers to the family ...just a reminder ,we have a life jacket law ......

Also never leave the boat, canoe, kayak. If it flips stays with it. My dad taught me that at a young age and it saved my life when I was 13 years old. I flipped my canoe on Oneida in April. I got back in and paddled it in to shore full of water. No life vest. If I would have swam I would have drowned.

Sober reminder of how fast things go wrong in cold water. You are numb in minutes if not seconds.
