I own a few.  Fun fact I catch more Lakers on them than albie. Even some smallies in 80 few last fall!

Hey Jon,

If I am not mistaken, didn't Tim Moore make these with the intention of catching lakers and then the game moved over to albies?

I think he had them “modified” to have a jointed option, and a single hook option for jigging lakers. I know the company that makes them went out with him on Winni to try them out. They have put some fish in the boat for us jigging (at Tim’s recommendation).

Don't know I've only seen a couple of his videos and lots of his laker fishing was finesse fishing with tungsten jigs.  What I do know is I've been using them to catch stuff vertically ever since they came out  :)
