Sebago Lake Trout Shoot Out

Is anyone going to fish this? The Standish Fish and Game club is trying to help IFandW thin the smaller fish out of Sebago. Its going to be June 1st 2019  from 5 am to 4pm.....

If the goal is to remove rat togue from Sebago, strange then that 4 of the 5 prizes are for big fish.  Just sayin'. 

Wouldn't a better way to cull the heard be to cap the length at 20" or 22" and put back the 33"+ fish???  And I know they're under the slot (and legal) but no shame in a 22"-25 7/8" togue.  Those are good sport, especially for a kid.  Put those back too.
