My buddy was out there last weekend.  He has a 10hp motor hooked up to his drift boat and he puts around in that out there.  They got into some browns relatively close to shore.  Pretty funny seeing him out in big water in a drift boat, he even takes it out in the salt on calmer days.

My first king ever was taken while trolling in a 17ft lund.  Not much margin for changes in weather in that size craft!

There's a pretty clean looking Lund with a 75hp merc on it right in front of the VFW in Russell for 10 grand.  Pretty sure it is the mechanic for the school buses selling it.  Its quite intriguing.  It looks like he took good care of it and you can smell the moth balls from ten feet away so it seems like he did his best to keep rodent outs.  I've got money set aside for a quad but I'd probably get more use out of a boat versus a quad primarily for the hardwater.

Nice Bill. Looks like you went out with Glen to put the boat in. I just got back from Vegas and Arizona. Time to do some fishing now. I'll let you know when the boat is ready and the flounder are biting
I fish every chance I get and enjoy every time I fish. They call it fishing not catchin

Nice fish Bill, there's only one fish that I love more than brown trout..for many, many . I used to go  to lake O the week before  Memorial day, to fish browns and steelies ,then go back in the fall and fish kings, stopped going when the kids grew up and moved away, someday, I'll go back ..
