What are you fishing for?
« on: Feb 29, 2012, 02:22 PM »
Myself and a few guys get out every chance we can.Just wondering what everyone else is fishing for now that the ice is gone.
I personally like targeting perch and salmon on the big lake, and walleye/sauger on the river and inner lakes, crappie sometimes.

Walleye are usually top of the list when my neighbor and I go out...all c&r. If the freezer needs some inventory, Crappies and Gills are on the list. If I'm out just enjoying the sport, they are all invited to share in it.

Usually chasing blacks but if the gills or crappies are bedding I'm out yanking em. Chase jugs around a few nights every year hoping to catch a snapper usually let the cats go. Take the kids out about every year for the trout pinning.
