2008 JEEP TRIP
« on: Oct 06, 2008, 10:45 AM »
Went on our annual jeeping trip last weekend, here's a few pics.

A large crew this year, 14 jeeps I believe.

Nice scenery, pictures don't show the colors as bright as real life.

We found some mud along the way.

This guy has quite a bit of clearance under his jeep.

Had a few repairs like always.

Here's a couple of videos going thru a rough spot.

Can't wait till next year.

That looks like a lot of fun.  I know I pm'd you a bit about jeeps and what not... seeing these pics makes me miss it.

Without getting into too many details, where abouts do you guys wheel?  I know good land and wheeling trails can be hard to come by, so I don't want you to burn your spot or anything.  But those looks like the types of rides I was always interested in.  Easy going, a few obstacles here and there, and great scenery.

We had a few areas that were real hard going too, but that's partially what we look for. Great time of year to be outside.

I sent you a pm.

I sent you a PM back and I swear Dom could be the guy you're talking about.  He has a green TJ Rubi and I believe he still has the rubber chicken on it.

Do you know about the rubber chicken? Shane Beard... the egg that a whole bunch of people helped build and raffle off?

Dom's TJ
