Title: Found open water

We had travel to south to find open water, but JDK and I were able to float a boat yesterday.  The fish didn't cooperate, but it was good to knock the rust off and be on the water!

I think young mr. Kamm gets home today,  no fish will be safe for the next three weeks. 😎

It’s been a slow spring.  I’ve been out just about every week this year, from standing on the ice one week, to shore fishing the next. Some trout here and there, with the odd bass or two. Even managed a small pike already.
