I am really hoping they fix this up and make me happy. I love their rods, even their ice rods. I would be pretty bummed if I had to walk away from them on principal. I just can't see how I should be responsible for another $20+shipping to get this one replaced.
If I am out of line here, I invite someone to set me straight...
