Park Marine is the best. Way to go on the walleyes. Wind change is always good fishing....h2l

Fished the lake this morning, my cousin and I caught 22 walleyes, not a keeper in the bunch. Was a beautiful overcast morning, calm water and no summer crowd. We had a great time, wish the fish were bigger.

Lots of walleyes, just not many keepers being caught by anyone. There has to be some, just can't find them. We have moved around a lot this summer looking for them...h2l

Bauls, I always move after a couple shorts. Sometimes you don't have to move far.
Today may have been a good day to target pike. Lindsay caught two, one about 24" and another about 32", also had a bite off. Only a couple walleyes....h2l

The dealer could not detect any leaks in my boat. I am not sure if that is good or not, as I know I have taken on some water. Will now have to wait for further investigation if the problem persists. I know LUND has a lifetime warranty on their hulls but I have heard some complaints. For instance a single rivet may not get covered due to the wording of the warranty. CRs where I bought it and took it said not to expect any problems but not overly happy. Anyone else have similar situations?

With regard to a possible leak in your boat. Did the dealer check the live well supply and drain lines for a leak? It is possible to have a leak in the hoses and connections. Sure hope you do not have a leaky boat. I have suspected a leak in mine but never found one.

Thanks Mission, He did suggest plugging live well intake and see what happens. That is the plan for next season as the boat is in storage and I am hunting and waiting for hard water.

Petercos years ago I almost sank a boat on Saratoga lake, I headed out on the lake when I realized my boat wouldn't get on plane, realized water was up to the floor. I turned around and made it to the launch, my bilge pump was keeping me from sinking. Got it on the trailer and pumped out,the culprit was mice chewed through the live well intake hose.

Sound like what is going on with me. Heading out and it was taking on water, a fair amount so that I headed back. As I said the dealer found zero rivet leaks so I think live well line also. Ticks me off the boat is not even a year and I do not have mice where I stored at home. If is does not leak when I plug the live well line I will know. Thanks all for info.
