Cape ponds?

Did the outer Cape ponds ever lock up this year?  Hoping to uncover the boat in the next few weeks and get in a late March trip to Cliff or Flax.

I have been fishing the cape all winter long. There was 1 weekend where there was enough ice to keep me at bay, and a few where we broke apart the ice to get out. You should be fine all over the cape.

I got this 8lber on the cape a few weeks ago and she is still swimming.
