Honey hole
« on: Mar 27, 2009, 09:42 AM »
The old man and I fished the honey hole for the first time this year. Both of us at different times. Before anybody gets up and arms our intentions were to release the bass into my pond but he didn't make the trip back. I caught two nice cats and one nice crappie. The old man caught three cats and this bass and crappie. The cats survived the trip to my place. Sorry no pics of my fish. Maybe next time.

Not up in arms here....In fact I think in some instances C&R is just overplayed a little. It doesn't hurt to harvest. I agree with releasing fish as well but I don't think we need to have our knuckles slapped with a ruler for keeping fish in certain cases as well.
