I would also recommend large soft plastics, they can be the key when fish are a bit more moody. The 6 - 9 inch Berkley grubs and larger Storm wildeyes and large salamander/lizard or frog soft plastic should do the trick.
If you can find out what they are feeding on try to match the size, shape and color to any of the recommended pike lures.
